El Chamizal is a family kitchen where the charcoal is lit before the doors open. Everything that defines our table — the arrachera, the camarones, the nopales, the tortillas — passes over that same fire.
We're the house of parrilladas: big plates built to be split, handed around and finished together, with mariscos frescos for the days you want something bright and cold from the sea.
